About This Event

The Older Persons Support & Wellbeing Program is designed to identify and respond to the everyday support needs of older residents in the Sontek community. YASS volunteers and community service personnel will engage with participants, discuss individual support needs, provide information about locally available services, and help connect vulnerable older residents with appropriate community resources and assistance.
