YASS may explain the general service pathway, help the resident identify the relevant DSS service/office, prepare a basic document checklist, provide contact information and follow up on whether the resident was able to access the service.

YASS can review the resident's goal, identify a suitable DYD programme or office, share application/contact information and follow up after the resident makes contact.

YASS does not diagnose or provide clinical treatment; it may provide service information, direct the resident to an appropriate facility/health line, and follow up on access where appropriate.

YASS may provide the relevant DWA contact, explain the available service in general terms, support safe referral and—where appropriate and consented—follow up on access.

YASS can give the resident the 16430 helpline and relevant legal-aid contact, explain that eligibility is determined by the legal-aid authority, and help the resident organize basic referral information.

YASS may help identify the appropriate DSCC service or zonal office, share contact information and guide the resident on the next administrative step.

With the resident's consent, YASS can provide BLAST contact details, help summarize the non-confidential referral need, and encourage the resident to contact the appropriate BLAST office/helpline.

YASS may share emergency/contact information, coordinate basic community referral information, or direct volunteers/residents toward the appropriate BDRCS service. Emergency cases should use the appropriate emergency channel without delay.

YASS may identify an appropriate public-facing BRAC programme/contact, provide the resident with application or service information and follow up on whether the resident successfully connected.

YASS may provide the relevant programme/contact information and make a resident-led referral. Availability and eligibility remain subject to SAJIDA Foundation's own programme criteria.

YASS may share the relevant Caritas contact and programme information and refer only where the programme/service is currently available and appropriate.

YASS may provide BACE's contact information, help the resident understand the referral purpose and follow up after the resident contacts the organization.

YASS can help identify a suitable UCEP institute/programme, share admission/contact information, and support the resident to prepare for the initial enquiry or application.

YASS may share programme information and guide the resident toward JAAGO's official contact/application route. YASS should not imply guaranteed admission or assistance.

YASS can provide ASK's helpline/contact information, assist the resident to summarize the issue without exposing unnecessary private information, and support safe referral where appropriate.

YASS may provide CRP service/contact information and help the resident arrange an initial enquiry or appointment. Medical suitability and treatment decisions are made by qualified CRP professionals.

YASS may share the relevant Friendship programme/contact details and support a resident-led enquiry. Service availability depends on geographic and programme coverage.

YASS may direct the family to the official country-office/service contact or appropriate safeguarding/protection channel. YASS does not represent that every individual referral will be accepted.

YASS can give the family programme/contact information, support the initial enquiry and follow up if the family requests further navigation assistance.

YASS may provide CARE's official contact and programme information and make a non-exclusive referral. Eligibility and geographical coverage are determined by CARE.

YASS may identify public programme information, share official contact details and help the resident/community understand how to enquire about available services.

YASS may share programme/contact information and refer the resident for independent assessment by Islamic Relief. YASS should not promise aid, selection or eligibility.

YASS may share VBD's official volunteer application/contact information. Any joint activity should be described as collaboration only where an actual agreement or confirmed activity exists.

YASS may help identify an available BRAC skills programme/career hub, share the official application or contact route, and follow up on the resident's progress after referral.
