1. Program Overview

Building Skills, Confidence and Community Leadership

The Youth Development & Leadership Program of Youth Advancement Sontec Society (YASS) is designed to help young people in Sontek develop the skills, confidence, awareness, leadership qualities and sense of social responsibility needed to participate positively in their education, future careers and community life.

Young people have different strengths, interests and challenges. Some may need guidance in education or career planning, while others may benefit from leadership opportunities, practical life skills, volunteering, sports, mentoring or greater involvement in community activities.

Through this program, YASS provides a supportive environment where young residents can identify their strengths, explore opportunities, develop practical skills, participate in meaningful activities and gradually take greater responsibility within their community.
